The 2012 Napa Valley Mustard Season is in Full Bloom!

Following a week of moderate rain the Napa Valley Mustard Season is now in full bloom! Most of the wild flowers are either in the southern end in Carneros or along Highway 29 between Oakville and St. Helena.

Sadly, most of the annual Mustard Season Festival events were canceled in 2011 and AGAIN have been canceled for 2012, supposedly due to the economy. It seems to me, however, that if you want to attract more tourists, more tasters and more buyers you need to continue rather than cancel the celebration and find a more economic way to keep the festival going!
